The Idaho Steelheads lost 3-2 in overtime to the Wichita Thunder. The Thunder would strike first 9:58 into the second period with a power-play marker from Donovan Houle. The Steelheads finally got on the with less than two minutes left in the second. Than Brendan Hoffmann would score his third goal in the last two games getting Idaho out in front. But shortly after the Thunder defenseman John Gormley scored his first pro goal. The game went into overtime and Kyle Crnkovic scored the game winner.
