The Idaho Steelheads defeated the Rapid City Rush on Wednesday by a score of 7-1. Steelheads defensemen Jaden Shields got the scoring started 1:15 into the first with his second of the season. Brendan Hoffmann would made it 2-0 late in the first. Rapid City’s Ryan Chyzowski got the Rush their goal 40 seconds into the second. The Steelheads then went on a five goal run getting goals from Kaleb Pearson Jade Miller Kaleb Pearson Brendan Hoffmann and Nick Portz.
