Seahawks defeat Patriots in Super Bowl

The Seattle Seahawks (14-3) defeated the New England Patriots (14-3) in Super Bowl LX by a final score of 29-13. Seattle kicker Jason Myers scored the game’s first 12 points all on field goals setting a Super Bowl record for most field goals in one Super Bowl. The Seahawks would score the first Touchdown of the game in the 4th Quarter as AJ Barner made a catch in the front corner of the end zone off a pass from Sam Darnold to make it 19-0. After a Patriot Touchdown and a Seahawk field goal Uchenna Nwosu intercepted a Drake Maye pass and took it back 45 yards for a pick-six. New England did score another Touchdown but it would not be enough as Seattle won the Super Bowl for the second time in time history.
