Howell will compete with Geno Smith for the starting job Howell Had 21 TDs and 21 INT that is not good but if he is the starter he will have DK Metcalf Tyler Lockett and Jaxon Smith-Njigba to throw to and not to mention a strong running game with Kenneth Walker and Zach Charbonnet.
